I am loving the Spanish arbequina olive oil. It is delicious! I'm glad to have my horizons broadened as up to now I've been totally devoted to Italian and California oils. Obviously I have been missing a lot!

Perfect hot summer night dinner for us this week was a tomato salad with one of your oils and bread with herb/garlic oil dipping (also one of your oils) -- delicious, light, and no cooking required meant no added heat in our house. Love the oils you have in stock this year!

The Oro Bailen Picual pairs excellently with a cool caprese salad, on a warm summer evening. Buen Provecho!
