I am loving the Spanish arbequina olive oil. It is delicious! I'm glad to have my horizons broadened as up to now I've been totally devoted to Italian and California oils. Obviously I have been missing a lot!

I'm probably late to the party, but if you haven't tried fresh sourdough toast with this Oro Bailen (my new favorite) olive oil and a little kosher salt, you're missing out! I like this olive oil a lot!

The Oro Bailen Picual pairs excellently with a cool caprese salad, on a warm summer evening. Buen Provecho!
