MEDIUM∙FRUITY∙BUTTERY Our Field Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is created with hand harvested Italian and Spanish olive cultivars, grown in Paso Robles on California's Central Coast. It is fruity, buttery and rich with a hint of pepperiness on the finish. 

Try this one in place of butter with fish, vegetables or even popcorn. It's also especially flavorful in baked goods.
