This is a true co-milled lemon olive oil with fresh Meyer lemons going right into the mill with our Arbequina olives during the olive oil extraction process. The sweetness of the Meyer lemons blends perfectly with the richness and the slight bite of the Arbequina olives. An amazingly versatile olive oil, it can be used to top desserts, on a salad, as a finish to earthy greens or in your morning smoothie.
