This medium intensity extra virgin olive oil produced from green Arbequina olives has notable aromas of banana, almond, and light touches of ripe apple. Its flavor is dense and sweet with a trace of light pepper. Try pairing with leafy green salads and fruit salads. Also, an excellent oil for dressing fish, preparing vinaigrettes, and provides a suitable substitution for butter in baking.
