This medium intensity (polyphenols = 403) extra virgin olive oil produced from green Arbequina olives has notable aromas of banana, almond, and light touches of ripe apple. Its flavor is dense and sweet with a trace of light pepper. Try pairing with leafy green salads and fruit salads. Also, an excellent oil for dressing fish, preparing vinaigrettes, and provides a suitable substitution for butter in baking.
