
Beth Clark graduated from Yeshiva University in 2010 with a PhD in Clinical Health Psychology and from University of New Haven in 2003 with an MBA. She uses her scientific background to evaluate the bases of the studies and their conclusions. She has a passion for the freshness of premium olive oils and appreciates the realm of flavor differences as well as their extraordinary health benefits.
Sadly, Beth passed away far too early and young - our summer 2026 season is dedicate to her love and passion for fresh, premium evoo.
