
Direct from the tree; olives are bitter and inedible. However fresh cold-pressed, the "juice" makes specialty olive oil. We personally visit with olive growers, meet with the agricultural team, and visit the mills. Our commitment is to bring you fresh premium extra virgin olive oil.
The "current" harvest took place in late autumn 2025. Olivehealthe visited Andalucia Spain in January and Central Coast CA in April.
